Alduin has just entered the plane of Earth. Time on the earth has been frozen as Percy has been contacted by the Psijic Order. Percy - as it turns out - is the heralded Dragonborn and is prophesied to save Nirn and Earth - yet again. He is sent to the frozen province of Skyrim to defeat Alduin completely - first on Nirn, then back on Earth.
