Fed up with Mystic Falls, Elena leaves. Seven years later, she's one of the top agents at NCIS and has managed to forget the supernatural. However, the latest case forces her to come face-to-face with her past, and realize that not matter what, your past is unescapable.

While working on a case, Gibbs gets a call from Jeremy that his daughter Elena has been run off Wickery Bridge by Rebekah. He arranges for her body to be sent to NCIS, though as Ducky is about to perform the Autopsy, Elena wakes up with a gasp. While the rest of the team is stunned, only Gibbs knows that Elena must now feed on human blood or die for real. *Title may change*
