Haseo wakes to find himself in his 3rd form, and yet he is not in The World . As he struggles to find the answers, there are some things uncovered, that he wish he hadn't found out.

In this story, I am going way beyond the series of dot hack/sign. This is one of my own creation, using "The World" as my setting.

After Cubia is defeated, The World returns to normal. Jikan, an older player, returns after the incident ends only to be the center of a new threat to the Internet. Synaethasia, a mysterious Adept Rogue, appears to hold the key to the truth.

One year after Haseo fought through the Third Network Crisis, most have moved on. The Rebirth has eliminated AIDA, but its damage remains and more rogue AI remain. When a new user stumbles across a certain account, the scars of The World reopen...
