Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
As a beta-reader, I intend to help with whatever I can, including providing criticism. If you want my help, please be someone who does not get offended easily, because all of this would be constructive criticism; I am not trying to make you feel bad or anything of the sort. Normally, I read a story once to see how it flows, then a second time for spelling and a third for grammar. This shouldn't take very long, so my feedback will get to you in an ideal amount of time. |

My strengths would probably be in the grammar/spelling and fluency areas. In my own stories, there are rarely spelling and grammar mistakes, and I catch them easily when reading other stories/books. |

Sometimes I tend to read too quickly, therefore causing me to miss some things, but I can usually go back and catch them if I go over it again. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
Fantasy, anime, and general fiction are the areas of expertise for me. I love fantasy so much, as well as anime, and fiction just by itself is usually pretty entertaining. As far as genres go, I would prefer to read drama, horror, and adventure, because those are the areas I am most experienced in. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
I generally tend to stay away from sci-fi like, say, aliens and the sort. If it has an interesting twist that doesn't deal with fights in outer space, I'll try it out, but usually not. Also, anything that is more or less, well, beginner, to put it bluntly. Anything under an average of 1000 words per chapter (unless there is a specific reason it is so short) I also like to leave alone. I prefer more advanced writers, perhaps those that keep up with their stories, too. |
