I'm a literature major from the University of Delhi. I have been excelling at writing since a very young age. I know what makes a good story and I can easily spot common mistakes made while writing. I judge material by adherence to grammar, sentence structure, plot, and characterisation. |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
My writing style is very descriptive. When I write I want my reader to be able to imagine himself or herself exactly in the situation my characters find themselves. To this end, I blend dialogue deftly alongside imagery and description. The trick is to inform the reader without making it seem obvious. Subtle hints work far more effectively than stating a feeling plainly. |

I find it very difficult to criticise somebody's writing so I make certain that I study the material very carefully before telling a writer that little or extensive improvement is required. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I prefer to read adventures, mysteries, drama and angst ridden stories. Supernatural and fantastic elements excite me as well. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
I am not very fond of horror. I'm absolutely no help in that genre so I avoid it. |
