Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I really don't care about styles or stuff like that - If it's got a decent plot I'll read it. If it's got a spelling mistake - I'll correct it. If it really isn't that good - I'll TELL you and why.

My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I love COMEDY. I know the diffence with and insult and a good joke. If there's something in there that will not be laughed at - I will automatically A) Change it or B) Kill it. Most like the latter but I just thought you should know. =D

I'm extremely naive at times - and incredibly SLOW. I can be somewhat of an annoying freak when I don't understand something - never underestimate my stupidty - It'll haunt you.
I'm a rather hard criticizer but all my advice is honest - If something the character says sounds weird than it sounds weird. If it sounds stupid then I'll tell you it sounds retarded. If something sounds FAT I'll tell you it sounds... well-fed... =D

Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I love comedy, romance and action/adventure if it's well written. I have NOTHING against yaoi unless it's really poorly written - than you're a failure who needs to try again. Why? Because I'm amazing like that. |

Uh... cliche moments make me laugh and pause for a minute or two but that's probably it - I'll read it but I won't be 'wow-ed' by it. I hate HATE HATE things that are rushed. Like after the two people meet three paragraphs later they end up kissing. Unless it's written pretty well.
Songfics piss me off unless the lyrics MATCH the story. Long updates kill me - Remember no matter how long the chapter is it NEVER makes up for the time you spent writing it. If only I could say that about my self... D=
And like I said - I'll read anything with a half-decent plot.
If it has no plot... Be prepared for some... Oh I don't know... Yelling, screaming... the occasional 'STOP READING HISTORY BOOKS'... |
