Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
Hm, well. I'm not as critical as you may think. XD I try to be very, very, in fact, EXTREMELY nice on a review. I will never ever ever EVER tell you 'Your story sucks,' or 'You're a terrible writer'. If you're brave enough to post your story on this site, well then I believe you do have potential of being a reasonable writer.
I take these stories seriously. Sure, I admit sometimes I'll read a couple stories for fun, but most of them, I take them seriously. I even cry over some of them. XD
If I see mistakes, which recently, I've seen a LOT, I'll try to help you and try to fix it. If I see a story that seems literally impossible to fix, I'm afraid I can't help you, lol. But I'll try. I'll be completely nice through my review, I won't be scary or mean or I won't tell you off.
I read ALL of the ratings. I mean it! XD Lemons, I probably won't even review on, unless it's good or possibly fix-worthy. But I usually like alotta lemons so, don't worry. XD
About OOCness, I don't even bother, because I can imagine the character saying or doing just about everything. XD TOO OOCness, now that may be a problem. Same thing with clicheness.

My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I tend to point out even the smallest mistakes in some, well, alotta stories. XD As for my writing, well, I'm not BAD, but I still need to improve on a couple of things. My strongest genres are romance and humor. |

Oh boy, oh boy. Spelling, OOCness, clicheness...I have too much trouble with fixing those, but it's a terrible habit of mine that I simply cannot fix. |

I mostly read Sonic The Hedgehog. But there are other categories I read for fun sometimes. But I'll beta read them too. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
Religious, Songfics, stuff like that. I'm not saying I'm not religious, I am, but...I think I would get terribly confused over those. XD Songfics, eh, I don't really waste my time on those. Even though I believe that it's a stupid rule for not to have song lyrics, I wouldn't wanna beta read them. |
