Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I'd like to have a back and forth with anyone I'm beating for or vice versa. We would discuss parts of the story and how they can be improved. Not just send me a file that I correct and then send it back and that's it. Ask me plenty of questions about what I thought about specific parts, open a discussion about running themes and plot threads. Stuff like that. |

Keeping people in character and sticking to canon. Keeping different plot elements in line with each other. Adding depth and realism. |

Spelling and grammar. Seriously, THIS is why I use a beta myself. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I have a preference for romance, especially of the femslash, yuri, shoujo-ai, variety. So I'd be willing to beta any of those even if I'm not familiar with the fandom.
I also like dark dramas, anti-heros, stories of personal growth, and ones that focus on character development more so than plot. |

In short, M rated yaoi. Yuck. I'm ok with yaoi if there is nothing too explicit. (keep it to a T rating)
Explicit yuri is A-okay with me. ^_^
Hetero stuff is okay as well but to a lesser degree. |
