Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
Hey, peepz. So, about my beta-ing. First thing - I do not have any experience in beta-ing. But, I am a strict lover of proper grammar and spelling, and I usually get a lot of ideas on my own. Normally, my style is that I think through a rough plot, then I will fill inbetween the major twists. |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I am quite good at the English language, am a lover of grammar and spelling. Some people have said I am quite creative, also. Angst is one of my specialties, though I haven't posted anything of the sort yet. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
Sometimes I overlook small spelling errors. I get writer's block a lot because I get ideas for other stories, and I have to get the story written down or else I can't get over my block. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
Well, one-shots are pretty easy to fix, but as far as categories go, I can do a lot; Twilight, Harry Potter (mostly Marauders era), Hannah Montana, Inuyasha, maybe some Xiaolin Showdown, High School Musical, Life With Derek. Just ask. Almost any pairings are okay with me, but I don't do slash. Sure, fem-slash is fine with me, but I don't do slash. |
