I love to read, but as a final year university student, I find my time to pick up a novel lessening. I am looking for a way to keep reading through out the year.

Though I've never been a beta through this site before, I have been an independent beta through others. I will happy to beta either full stories, or chapter by chapter.

I'm not overly fusy on type, but I will refuse to edit a storie that is too overtly out of character (ex - harry potter characters talking in gangster rap).

I have a good general knowledge on most topics, but be sure to give me a general outline so I can be sure to have all the details ready for when I get the first chapter.

I will do my communicating through emails and I like making highlighted marks on anything I change.

My strenght is making pieces flow together nicely. I work best at filling in the spaces and making awkward statements and sentences work.

I'm also a quick editor. Should take no longer then a few days at most (provided it's not mid-terms or finals. Then all deals are off :) )

I have a bad habit of reworking a author's work to fit my idea of how the piece might work better. Sometimes I might rewrite a full paragraph. So if you have a problem with someone toying with your baby (and by baby I mean story), it might be best if you find another beta.

I love types of fantasy. I enjoy reading Harry Potter, though I will not accept a Ron/Hermione pairing. (I've just hated that couple since book one, it just seems unbelievable.) Most other ships are good (though I prefer to do H/Hr and G/D) I also like all types of manga/anime ones, and x-men (just the original cartoon, or some of the comic book arcs. No evolution or movies) [mosty Romy pairings].

But if you have an interesting story, let have a look. If it's something I know how the characters normally behave, I'll have a go at it. I'm willing to try most anything.

At the time I can't accept any Doctor Who stories dealing with the 10th and 11th Doctors. I've fallen behind in the series and haven't watched it since the 9th died (I'm terrible, I know...).
