Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I never attack a person out of spite. So if you're looking for heavy criticism, we won't fly. I'm not sure if I can solidify plot holes, but I can point it out. |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I do background check for stories. I mean if your going to go technical about something like sword making for example expect me to read about it and insert my insight. I feel very confident with my English so you can expect me to correct and supply you with alternate option. But you can also expect that any changes I think is needed will be of course at your approval. It is your story after all. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
Sometimes my mind wanders and I have to re-read a whole paragraph thrice before I really understand. When the story is good, I may overlook errors but I do re-reads so I think I make up for it. I may be overly kind, if you want a harsh editor I`m not what your looking for. I have moods if I`m not into it I probably would just skim through your work. I'm not so hot with punctuations, and verb consistency. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
Mangas/animes, games, books that I`m familiar with. I do artfully written lemons. I am hard to impress when it comes to Original Characters unless it is game-based and the protagonist is a required OC. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
Hard Core Porn. Fan girl stuff, it numbs my mind. Stories who don't follow TOS. Capitalize when needed please. No self-inserts. I very seldom accept OCs or non-canon. |
