Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
Pretty much I just do beta-read for grammar, punctuation, and spelling. It's your story and I'm not going to tell you how to do your plot, style, or ending unless you ask for specifically that. I won't gloss over what I say. It will be straight and to the point. I'm not one for small talk. |

Spelling would be my main strength. Grammar and punctuation are both close seconds. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
My weakness would probably be my judgementalism. If I don't like the story, it's hard to beta it, and sometimes I get too wrapped up in reading what the story says to beta. Only on stories that catch my complete attention, though. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I prefer action stories, some drama and romance is okay, but action, adventure, horror, angsty, fantasy, and scifi are my favorites and I probably know the most about. Humor is always welcome, as I love a good laugh. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
WAFF, can't stand it and don't like it. Same with yoai, and most types of crack fics. Also anything else listed on my FF.net profile. I update that regularly...sorta. |
