Why don't you get to know me? I hate describing myself in these little things.The only thing I expect of someone I'm beta-ing is a wish to have a flowing story, correct grammer and punctuation, and a good sense of humor. |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I have a strong vocabulary and have often, in the process of writing my own stories, invented new words, borrowed (with notations that I borrowed) words from other authors and added my own twist. I recognize about four different languages on sight and can speak three of them with passable fluency. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
I have a habit of correcting grammer and punctuation mistakes, even without being asked. Bad grammer is a bit offensive to me. |
Preferred: types of stories I prefer over others
I'm a sucker for romantic stories and mysteries. Those are my favorites. |
Would Rather Not: I do not beta for these stories
I'm open-minded and will try anything once, but the concept of male rape and some stronger forms of BDSM in a story will promptly be sent back to the author with a notice that I will not beta them. Nor will I beta any story featuring incest or female rape. |
