I am rather honest as a beta, but I always try to be polite. To me a beta is someone who helps the author grow as a writer.

My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths

I have a strong grasp of grammar and sentence structure. I am also a stickler for canon and spotting plot holes.

My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses

Spelling is definitely my weakness, but I always spellcheck and look up words I'm not 100% sure of.

I prefer to betaread stories that have been well thought out and contain plot.
