Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I expect anyone who asks for my assistace to have at least attempted to edit the story themsleves. I will not read a story that is written "so-and-so did this b/c mom told him 2 b4 he went 2 bed." or anything like that. Please use your spelling and grammar check on your system (word? works word proccessor?); it *is* right most of the time! No aim speak and only use slang if a character is talking. Thank you for complying!
Also, a quick warning, I beta stories on a first-come-first-served basis so please have patience with me! I *will* get to your story as soon as possible unless I tell you otherwise. Thank you for your patience and understanding! |

I excel mainly at spelling, though I am also pretty good at grammar. I also know a good amount about Japanese, the language and the culture, so I can offer help with that as well as English. |

I am a slow reader so it may take me a while to finish reading a story and move on to the next one. You have been warned! My knowledge of the American law (or any country's law for that matter) is minimal. I am also no good with politics. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I prefer to beta anime stories, especially romance, but anything anime will do. I am also good with criminal justice shows such as Bones, NCIS, The Mentalist, Criminal Minds, etc. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
I really don't like gore, so if you ask me to beta a Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (Did I spell that right? My friends like it.) that is gory, I will probably say no. I do, though, like the shows Bones and NCIS and other such shows like them so to me they don't count as gore. |
