Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
Hi! I'm a strong beta-reader; I have very excellent english and grammer skills. I'm not a perfectionist, but I do my best. I enjoy beta-reading and I'm not shy about making suggestions, either simple grammer corrections or 'this part doesn't flow right' issues. I try and do things really fast, but sometimes life gets away from me. Expect, on an average-length story, a response in less than 24 hours unless my family interferes. |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
My grammer is my strength. I can take an awkward paragraph and rephrase it so that it says exactly the same thing but sounds so much better. I'm a punctuation nazi and I've written guides about the proper use of the comma (lol). I have a huge vocabulary and the abilty to use it without sounding like a pompous ass. |

Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
Yaoi and slash is my preferred genre. I can do Het, but it's not really my thing. Other than that, I don't have a preference for style or content (dark, humorous, adult, fluffy, rape, friendship, angst, lemons, hard lemon...it's all good.) |

Well...to be honest, hard Het Lemon. I just don't enjoy it. I can do it, but I won't like it. XD I'm not super comfortable with incest/rape (incest, ok. Rape...ok. Incenst rape is a bit much). Tentacle sex just bothers me. Seriously. |
