Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I'm a normal person who isn't a professional, but I do believe I can edit fairly thoroughly. I'll look for mostly grammatical errors, typos, or sentences that stick out/don't flow/don't make sense. If you would like to "acquire my services," then please be at least semi-literate. Literacy is much preferable. Also, it would be helpful if you kept yourself from writing run-ons or fragments, as it's with incorrect sentencing that I can't help but lash out at. |

I'm knowledgeable in the English language (this includes grammar and punctuation), know how to help flow in writing, and I can find ways to slip in descriptive sentences to elaborate some thing's/someone's appearance. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
I'm uncomfortable with more "personal scenes." This mainly centers around sexual content of any level, really. I may try to help it if this is what you happen to be writing, but generally I shy away from that area. I also may be a bit too soft when offering criticism. |

I can handle just about any genre you might hurl/chuck at my head. Blood, violence, and angst are my personal favorites. |
