If I become your beta reader, I will strive to give my most honest opinion of your story. I will not hold back, but I will never be rude or flame you. I will only give constructive criticisms. I will search for spelling and grammar mistakes and anything I feel needs to be improved upon. |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I'm an extremely good speller, but not amazing at grammar. Not bad, but so-so. I'm also great at adjectives- I strive to use a variety of different words so I don't overdo things. I can seriously help you improve in this aspect of your writing. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
I sometimes am not able to tell if the grammar is the best, but I do a so-so job. Other than that, I'm pretty much an all around beta reader. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I will read any story as long as I have played the game, follow the manga/anime, watched the movie, etc. I prefer Romance, Angst, Hurt/Comfort, Tragedy, Adventure, Fantasy and Drama stories. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
I will not beta read for any stories about movies, games, animes, mangas, etc. that I have never watched, read, played, etc. I also would prefer not to read Humor stories, unless it is only slight humor in them. I do not like excess amounts of humor. Also, I will not beta read for lemons, limes, etc. |
