Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I am myself an adamant fiction/fantasy fan and write my own books. I'll review anything but prefer those stories with a more adult theme. I also prefer writers who can and do update quickly.
I, like many other readers hate to wait around for a continuation unless it's really worth it.
I don't deal with proof reading as spelling and grammar are a problem for me but I do deal with other story writing techniques.
Anyone wishing to request a reading should contact me via a review or send me the document using the DocX services available on fanfiction.net - include a brief synopsis.

Anything with an underlying layer of what can pass as originality.
Those stories with a more adult theme - (I will read anything rated over K+)
Anything with a well rounded sympathetic key character.

Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
Anything under a K+ really. I write and read stories with adult themes and so can find anything else boring and mundane. On occasion I will read one but those are few and far between depending on whether the synopsis catches my attention.
Also brevity of story length is a turn off for me. I like most fantasy and fiction readers today like something with a little bite to it. |
