Hi. Despite what my pen name says (can't change the damned thing *scowl*) my name is Lily. I'm 17. I live in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of England and find this fact incredibly boring. But also quite inspiring.

I've been writing fan fics for... um... about two/three years now, and I decided it'd be cool to help out other people. Right? But I've been writing normal fic since I was born (just about) so I've picked up a few good skills.

So, check out my stories first of all, see if you like my writing style, and then, well, go ahead and PM me. :)

I don't bite, I only ask that whoever wants me to Beta for them has at least a basic grasp of Standard English. I know, I know, I can be picky, but it really annoys me to read: "He jump off of the stairs.. 2 the floor but he cant of seen" blah blah blah. Okay, so that wasn't a good example, but you get my point. Other than that, I'm all chilled out.

As a writer, I keep a good store of (unlimited) cookies on my desk to give to my loyal readers & reviewers. It's a good trick. :D

I'm pretty good at grammar/spelling and the general flow of a story. I'm pretty good with dialogue too. Characterisation is fun, but only if I know the character well, so I'm not too good with OCs etc. I'm also pretty good at descriptions, y'know, narrowing them down, re ordering words, spacing them out, that sort of stuff. Try me :D

I'm not so good with non-canon stuff, though I'll give anything a try. I'm also not overly-brilliant at cross overs and AUs because my mind gets all confused and tends to fizzle out. I find slash ok, but only when it's canon, because I have a really hard time picturing two characters who shouldn't be... yeah. I can try my best though. I would say I like to keep pairings canon, but I wrote a Gwen/Ianto fic so... ;)

Torchwood is my home and heart. Doctor Who, I can try. Primeval I love and wish I had the skill to write for, so Beta'ing might be a good start. But Torchwood is my absolute love.

Anything else, really. I should probably watch more TV etc, but... I guess I just stick with Torchwood.
