Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I have read and beta'd for friends and my sister--when she lets me. I have college-level English skills. I am good with grammar and spelling, and I have a good sense of realism. No matter the fic, even fantasy and sci-fi need a bit of realism to make it believable: that in turn makes a fic good.
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I have a keen eye for spelling and grammar errors.
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
I read insanely fast, and I am only human. I cannot catch every error. And I have a mild form of dyslexia: I have trouble with some spellings with "i"s and "e"s.
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I would prefer to beta fanfiction of anime or manga. I know quite a few: see my bio for a full description.
