Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I am proficent at recognizing sentence structure, and the overall collectiveness of a piece. Dialouge should be in relation to what is being described by the narrator,etc. I'm not mean, but I am very forward in my opinions of a piece and it's flaws. I will not tell you how to write. I will tell you how to make sense.
My area of correction includes the above as well as a non-conformist view of the style the writer chooses to take. In other words, the piece should conform to a genre but not exceedingly so. However, I also enjoy the blending of genres and like to see how the author combines them, so don't feel too pressured.
I offer a wide range of expertise/story topics as to provide ample exploration for the author. I rarely am simply stuck on one story topic. |

Sometimes my perfectionist way of reading will get in the way. Though I'll never be mean, my bluntness may put you off, so you must be willing to accept honest critism. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
Romances, any slash/yaoi pairings, humor,action and adventure. Canon and non-canon, AUs are fine, as well as the occasional crack fic or crossover. I'll read bascially anything. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
NO yuris ever. I just can't do them. EVER. Yaoi IS PREFFERED.
