Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
As a beta-reader I usually go through for grammatical errors, spelling and I will also note how well the composition lays in text. Sometimes to the readers a piece of work will seem difficult or uninteresting because the text seems choppy. If you're not sure about how they story is going depending on where you want to take you I'l help you out. |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I try my hardest to get details right. The correct date or a piece of information that immersives the reader more into the world without droning on about the detail. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
I might get a little too hard on myself as a reader and I tend to write many different versions of a piece and then get too frustrated to post them because I wat people to like it. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
Original characters that aren't Mary Sues or whatever I love. It means you can think outside of the main charaters thoughts and put a new infusion into the world. Bring it baby. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
Poetry, Mary Sues and sugar coated cute stories. |
