Hi, my name is Kirsten, and I specialize in Twilight fics. I mostly deal with wolf pack related stuff, and I consider my focus to be on Leah. As far as beta-reading goes, I really look for strong characters, and strong voices. I'm also willing to check over spelling and grammar, but I would rather analyze the content of a piece. I feel most comfortable beta-ing stories that center around drama, and tend not to be too happy. If all this seems up your alley, just shoot me a line, and we'll see what we can work out.

As far as expectations goes, I'm looking for pieces that already have a good understanding of sentence structure. I also want a piece that already has a good, compelling plot, or at least, something that can be morphed into a plot. I don't want to have to be a spell-checker, so if you're fic is rife with typos, please fix them before you consider me.

I really focus on characterization. As I said before, since I tend to work more with wolf pack members, I feel more comfortable talking about them. Leah is my strongest character, with Jake coming in second, so if you have a fic that centers around these two, I'd be really glad to help. I really like to focus on dialogue between characters, as well, to make sure that what they say echoes who they are. My writing style tends to be super-simplistic, so if you would like help boiling a sentence or paragraph down to it's simplest form, I would be very happy to help you there. I'm also really good with grammar and word tenses. If you have a sentence that's bugging you, I will try to help you find a stronger, more active word to use.

Honestly, I'm not the most prompt of people. I will beta read your fic to the best of my ability, but it might take me a few days.

As I've been saying, I'm completely in love with Leah fic, Jake/Leah fic, or any other wolf pack members. I find it really easy to work with angst and drama, and also simple love stories.

I do not read Cullen fics. I barely read Bella fics. I am no good with these characters, so I would be of so little help with those types of stories. I absolutely abhor fluff. Also, I can't stand fics where Leah is so out of character, she's just a thinly veiled Mary-Sue. If you think that your Leah looks like that, you probably don't want to send your story to me.
