Hi! I'm Rachel and have been a writer on fanfiction for almost two years now. On another website I have been a beta reader for two writers and I genuinely loved and enjoyed working with both of them; it was a great experience and it's something I want to take part in again. Enter: You. I'm not really sure what my "betawriting style" is but I'm a great believer in description and making the reader feel like she is really there with your characters. The only expectations I would say that I have is that you really take my opinions and ideas to the heart and I'll help you write a fantastic story.

I think the biggest thing I have to offer is emotion and physical surroundings. In the stories I write, whether it's for school or for an online site, I try to really help the reader feel what the characters are feeling and truly grasp what they are taking in with their senses. Also, I think I can write a pretty good ending to most fanfics, or at least help you improve yours, leaving the reader with a good feeling or a twisted gut, whichever you prefer.

My weakness would have to be in creating the beginning. It's hard for me to develop a gripping starter to the story, especially when I'm writing it on my own. But I have confidence to say, that if you give me the basis of how you want to start, I will be able to help you.

I would be willing to beta for most stories, but the ones I really like involve virtually any Harry potter characters, specifically Dramione. That doesn't mean, however, that I will only do those types of stories. But those are the stories I read the most and the ones that I really would enjoy helping out with.

The stories I find myself not wanting to betaread, are the ones that have to do with Kingdom of Hearts, video games, and anime characters. This isn't because I don't like them, it's because I haven't read any myself and I don't understand the characters so I feel that I won't be able to help you in anyway at all except for telling you that you forget a comma here, and a question mark there.
