I beta works in order to help "complete" stories in a sense. It doesn't matter what the story is about, there will always be key elements that make it what it is, and that are unique to a specific story... and most importantly, for any writer, i would like to show people how they can improve their own writing, dispite what anyone else says; bad grammer every now and then is forgiveable. Plot holes? Not so much.

Story boarding. Multi-chapter concepts. Epilogues/prologues. Short stories/one shots.

Spelling. (only my own though... I can catch other people's) Grammer. Accidentally creating a Mary Sue/Gary Stu. Writting short chapters.

My prefered types of stories are angst and romances, as well as dramas. I'm marvellous at one shots, but not so much so for multi-chapter fics (they're just time commsuming. I'll still do them)

Stupid humour. Some of it's okay, but then there's the REALLY stupid humour, where the main character smacks into poles every five seconds and the side-kick decides to run away with a leprachon. I've encountered too many of those to be nice if you bring it to me, and you WILL get lectured. Also Mpreg.
