Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I love a good fanfiction, and I enjoy being a beta for authors who like to work hard and aren't turned off by advice or suggestions. I'm always honest about how I feel when it comes to editing fanfiction, but I'm never mean about it. I've been around for a while (that is to say, I'm not a teenager), so you won't find me just skimming over your work and saying "It's perfect!", and I know the anime/manga that I beta for very well. |

Spelling, Grammar, plots, character IC/OOC suggestions, brainstorming for future plot/chapters, brainstorming for new fics. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
Sometimes I do get busy in my daily life, so if I don't respond within a day, I apologize, but I WILL always get back to you in a decent amount of time. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I'm okay with all genres, but I super-enjoy the romance genre. I like both one shots and long fics, so those are all okay. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
I don't do Yaoi/Yuri. I also won't beta for pure smut fanfiction, nor will I beta for any sort of crazy, super OOC, slapstick fanfiction. I'm serious about the fanfiction I write and the fanfiction I beta for. I'm not a fan of OC's, so if your fics generally center around one, I won't like it. Side character OC's I'm okay with. |
