Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
As a beta, I don't like to beat around the bush. If one of the characters is out of character, I'll let you know. If your grammar is atrocious, I'll let you know. If your storyline is wacko (as in crack fic), run-on (boring), and overly fangirl-ish (ugh), I can TRY to fix it (because I believe that storylines should be cohesive, enjoyable, interesting, and an appropriate length) but if you aren't trying your best, why should I try mine? I will only beta fanfics I deem betable (punny). |

I am a super-perfectionist, and I'll look for every single teeny little grammatical error and fix it. I'm open minded, so crazy ideas are acceptable (so long as they are cohesive). I'm honest. And I love fanfiction. ^^ I read it all the time. |

Sometimes I may be too critical, so if I mention something needs to be changed but you have your reasons for it being the way it is, let me know. I'm willing to listen too. And I'm more detail oriented; I don't always see the "big picture". |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I WILL ONLY BETA STORIES FROM THE ANIME/MANGA GENRE. I prefer stories that are lengthy and descriptive. I like to read angst, horror, romance, and drama (which are also the genres I write in, so it's easier for me to beta a story from them). |

I WILL NOT beta a story written for an anime I have not seen at least a few episodes of.
