Hey, my name on here is albe-chan, but you can call me Allison! Basically, I'm looking to beta for someone who posts occasionally but isn't a manic 'I need to post every other second' type of person. I'm open to any and all 'ships in the Harry Potter fandom as well as any and all ratings, from K+ to M (though I must admit, I prefer M ratings). My style is simply to look for typing errors, tweak grammar and phrasing and, if the writer wants it, suggest changes in the formatting, storyline, etc. However, the writer's will is iron in my mind, so if you just need someone to give your fics a once over, I'm still interested!
I also wouldn't mind Twilight fics being sent my way, because I'm a fan of the novels (and Robert Pattinson - can we say DROOL-TASTIC!?). :D

To be blunt, my strengths are writing smut. Slash, femmeslash, het, it's all the same to me. As long as it's got naked people doing unspeakable things to one another, I'm down. I also excel at thinking up wacky scenarios that lead to sexing and writing horribly depressive fics. :)

I am terrible when it comes to fluff. Maybe because I'm a very commitment-shy person or I bottle my emotions, but I just don't write fluff all that well (in my humble opinion anyway). And keeping things non-graphic. I have a bad habit of going completely over the top when it comes to smut.

Harry Potter universe fics with some element of smut (whether it be graphic or not) and preferably some slash. My favourite paring is Remus/Sirius, but if I have to do het, it's definitely Lily/James. I prefer Marauder-era, though Golden Trio and New Era fictions are good too. I'll try my hand at pretty much anything. I'm also a fan of Twilight, so any Twilight fics are welcome as well.

I dislike fictions that star Voldemort for some reason. I've never been able to bring myself to write one and never found one that I liked. Like I said, I'm not a huge fan of fluff, and I have an affinity for slash. Also, Ginny, if she's protrayed as heterosexual with Harry, grates on my nerves a bit. And I'm not a huge fan of incest (though I do make exceptions for twins ;D). But those are issues that I am willing to work past if you really would like my assistance. :) Things I do not budge on are any sort of forced sex (as in, someone going ahead with things if their partner says no and means it) and fics involving fecal matter/scat (poo), urination (sorry, no golden showers) or blood (unless it's like 'oh he fell and cut his hand' or they're vampires). Oh, and please, PLEASE, try to keep the cliches and Mary Sues and bad plots to a minimum.
