Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I love fanfics and write The Fast and The Furious fics. I love writing, it is my passion. I have been writing since I was 8 years old. My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
My strengths are in descriptions and making my reader see a visual in thier head. I am big on how the sentance flows and if it is correct with the character. Not all characters will have proper sentances so I am really in tune to how my characters are and bringing them to life. If you do that, all the other elements fall into place. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
My personal weakness as a writer has been spelling or mistyping words, ex form instead of from. When I first joined FFnet, I wasn't concerned with taking the time to proof and make sure the spelling and all was corrected due to laziness and not understanding the importance of it all. That WAS my weakness. I have learned a valuable lesson now, 3 years later, and am going back over all my stories so my weakness is now a plus for when I beta a chapter for someone. I think it has the highest importance to a story so now I am extremely good about finding puncutation/spelling errors. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I prefer only The Fast and The Furious Fics for the time being. If it is a movie I am familliar with, I will consider doing it for someone if they email me and are interested in having my help. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
The only thing that is not my cup of tea is anime stories. I will not beta those simply because I would not have an understanding of what is going on with it and so I would just prefer to not beta these stories. |
