I'll say this up front: I'm an active beta-reader, editor, peer-reviewer, etc. If I have a question, I'll ask. If I don't agree with the grammar, I'll tell you. I don't really have a style or anything... unless you specify something, I will just read for errors, in areas including (but not limited to): grammar, consistency, spelling, plot holes. I am here to offer my services and opinions, but you alone are the author and do not have to submit to them :)br /br /

and just because I don't list a category as a preferred one, it doesn't mean won't do it.

I read a lot, so I like to think I know what to look for. I know I myself make mistakes, but it is easier to edit someone else's writing rather than my own. I myself would like a beta... =D

you might not agree with everything I say... and I completely respect that. I know that I can be a harsh editor/beta, but I don't expect you to take every suggestion to heart.

one-shots are nice to read, but I definitely won't say no to chapters. I like stories with action/adventure, and romance... and humor :D but that doesn't mean I won'tbr /

I'm not good for sci-fi or mecha stories. Not that they aren't cool... But stories that go into too much technology and terminology usually confuse me... ^^;;br /

I won't read any Yaoi fics, so don't ask. also, I will not read any stories that center around Mary-Sues, spotlight-wanna-be Original Characters, or stories involving some fan being sucked into the story-world. That does not mean I can't read Original Characters; I like them, they can be useful.br /br /

I will not read anything Naruto, LOTR... especially if it requires knowing the original material.
