Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I've betaread for several stories now, mostly in the Wicked section. I tend to be relatively fast when replying to your chapters; however, if I'm busy with real life or other stories, it may take a few days. |

I tend to be most helpful with grammar, spelling, and other stylistic corrections. However, if you need help with plot or characterisation, I'll do my best to help! |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
My weakness tends to be less description. If you have description in the chapter/story you'd like me to betaread, I'll do fine with it; however, please don't expect me to add loads of descriptory passages. It's not something I'm strong at- I'm much better at dialogue. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I'd prefer to beta in fandoms that I know well- otherwise it may be hard for me to help you with anything other than grammar and stylistic techniques. Wicked is probably what I know best, but if you're not sure, PM me with questions. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
I'd rather not betaread stories that are hard-core romance or focus only on those sort of things. If your story has romance in it, but focuses on something else as well (friendship, perhaps?), I'd be more likely to betaread it. Also, please no anime or games- I'm rather clueless with that sort of stuff. |
