Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
While I enjoy writing my own stories, I do also like helping others. I am happy to work on something that is a near finished product. Specifically, I will not beta read a story that is half written or is poorly written where I have to basically write the story for you. All my suggested changes are just that--suggestions. It won't break my heart if you don't use my ideas. I am though quite strict with proper grammar usage. I will pay more attention to sentence structure than content, unless you request that of me as well. |

I have a strong background in grammar and technical writing. I also feel that I can also give good constructive criticism in the area of content, as well. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
Being a stickler for detail, it can sometimes take me a few days to properly go through a story. Therefore, there can be a delay in turnaround from the time I'm handed a story till I can send it back. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
Prefer stories dealing with the following genres: Star Wars, Harry Potter, Star Trek, Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Also like other scifi heavy stories. |

Not really into poetry or songfics. |
