Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader

I am a teacher-trainee (English subject) who is currently trying to sharpen my editing and proofreading skills. My spellings follow that of British English (including but not limited to NZ/AU/MY), but I am just as knowledgable in the rules of the American English spellings. I hope to assist aspiring writers in their efforts to produce decent works for their readers.

I'm also very patient, which I think is important when dealing with a piece of work laden with errors.

My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses

I usually take more than one day to thoroughly proofread a piece of writing, making sure that it is nice and clean.
