Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
For those who do not know me, I am Evilevergreen. I have been a member on this site for almost four years.
What you can expect from me as a beta:
I will correct spelling, grammar, and mechanical errors. Also be warned that I will also rewrite entire sentences, if I feel it doesn't flow. I also like to highlight the areas I have corrected, that way if there is anything you don't agree with you can change it back before you actually publish it.
I'm new to his beta reader thing here on fanfiction.net. And I'm not exactly sure how it works, but with it being a new feature, I'm sure we are all in the same boat. |

My strength:
I'm a sucker for realistic dialog between characters. I don't care what kind of situation they are in, just as long as the conversation sounds real. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
My weakness:
I hate looking over my own writing before I publish it. Sad, but true. I have a bad habit of finishing a chapter, uploading it, and then waiting several days before I actually look it over to correct my mistakes. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I will only beta shows, books, and movies I am familiar with, so please feel free to ask, if you don't see it listed. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
I'm sorry, I won't do incest. It just freaks me out. I also won't do Adult/Child relationships. So pairing Snape with a 14 year old Hermione, is so out of the question. |
