I have been a beta since I was fourteen years old. I will focus on the basics--making sure your grammar is correct, as well as your spelling. I will also suggest better ways of phrasing certain sentences if they seem too confusing or unclear. |

I have an excellent vocabulary and a great understanding of grammar. I am very good at spelling as well, and I am good at helping writers express themselves more clearly. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
I am very bad at writing sex scenes or understanding how to describe sex. Not for lack of experience, it just simply isn't something I'm good at. I can recognize well-written romance and sex, but I personally lack the ability to write it well. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I would prefer to beta stories in the Harry Potter, Supernatural, or LOTR universe, though I would be pretty comfortable in most universes. I prefer slash or femslash, though I must admit I like Hermione/Snape. I like HPDM, HGPP, and other than that I'm pretty open. In Supernatural I prefer to beta Wincest. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
I will not beta for Anime/Manga, except for Yu-Gi-Oh, and only if it's slash. I will not beta any Harry/Ginny, Harry/Hermione, or Draco/Ginny/Hermione stories. |
