Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I tend to be a very honest beta. As in, I will correct bad grammar, spelling or syntax but hopefully, in a way that encourages a friendship between me and the author. I expect that anyone who requests me is not looking for an egoboost, but genuinely wants to improve their writing. |

I'm very good at description. If you need a passage to be flowered up or given some character it otherwise lacks, I'm your gal. I'm also a grammar Nazi. I also take pride in my ability to make stories funny, create good cliffhangers and characterize well. |

I procrastinate. It is my hubris. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
Well, if I am unfamiliar with the fandom, it would be a lot more difficult to beta. I'd probably go on a story by story basis, but I am familiar with House, Veronica Mars, Buffy, Angel, and other TV shows, books and movies. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
Again, this is case by case, but I'm generally not a fan of slash, overly dramatic, or straight up bad stories. Also, I have a tough time with ships I don't support. |
