Hello. Honestly, this is my first time beta-ing for fanfiction. I've done beta-reading for other types of fiction though. My general style I guess is to read a piece, see if I can understand where the author wants to take it and offer suggestions on how to get better responses and make the story all the more enjoyable for yourself and readers. If this story is an addition/sequel to another story on the site, I'll take the time to play catch up and get a better all around idea of what's going on.

I'm a pretty objective reader. If I say your fiction moved me in someway, I'm being dead serious. I have a good eye for atmosphere so I can definitely help with detail type stuff.

Grammar. I mean, I can see it and fix it if that's what you're looking for, but it isn't my favorite thing to do. Also, time is an issue. I'm currently a full-time student, but I will make it my goal to get back my review/revision/etc. back as soon as possible.

I prefer friendship hurt/comfort type fics. I will make some exceptions with romance if I'm really familiar with the genre.

Absolutely no slash! I know a lot of people enjoy it. I'm not one of them. Sorry.
