Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I'm willing to edit any well-written piece from a multitude of fandoms. The only thing I wish for is perhaps a return in services.
My style... I haven't done this much so I can't say I have an area of expertise. I prefer 3rd-person writings. |

Grammatical areas are my forte. Characterization, I'm quite nitpicky. I may nag about that. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
I can't read anything remotely longer than, oh say, 10,000 words. I don't have much patience or time to set aside, but if it's a marginal exceed in words, I'll manage. And I may have trouble with lengthy pieces of dialogue. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I prefer well thought out stories, the kinds that spring up from prompts. If the author puts a lot more effort into it, the reader will share the same amount of effort reading/enjoying the fic. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
I have a tendency to dislike 'first fics'. Anything that takes less than ten minutes to complete... well, it depends on the author at that point. I'm up for anything right now. |
