Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
While my own stories aren't that good on the Grammar front, that's only because I'm to lazy to work hard on my own stuff, when I work on someone else's story I'm able to see where the plot should be going. My style for the most part is drama, horror, shock fiction, and humor, random I know. Before you contact me you should be warned that if I am in the middle of writing one of my own stories it may take me a while to get back to you, but you will hear from me if I decide to take the request. |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I'm good at story telling, I love a good plot and that is where I'm able to help many, by helping get those nasty plot holes filled in. I'm also good at adding humor to a story, even a horror story should have amusement in it, if not you've got depressed readers, though sometimes that's a good thing. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
Grammar, I'm working on it. I'm also lazy, so it takes a while for me to get the urge to write, but I've never gone more than two days before replying to a request. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
Horror stories are what I enjoy writing. I will write anime as well a books, but if I don't know the show/book/movie/game than I may turn your request down, I'll try and help as best as I can, but plot wise I'm crippled when I don't know the orignal. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
I don't normally do Chat or script style stories, they annoy me beyond reason. There are some horror movies I will not touch, hostle, saw, house of a 1000 corpses, I can't stomach the movies and I'm useless when it comes to writing them. Also, I don't like very man childish stories, you know what I mean, and you writers know who you are. |
