I love to read stories - especially long ones with reasonable length chapters (reasonable meaning you can read it in 15 minutes or so without interruptions). I can usually go through material quickly and unless home life is interfering in some way, I will usually have any material sent to me back to you on the same day sent, or by the next day. I won't read anything that is incredibly poorly written - it hurts my eyes. If I think changes need to be made I will suggest them and send you back a copy with suggested changes.

I use the Open Office program, which is usually compatible with Word Perfect and Microsoft Office Word. Or at least it used to be so in the past. If that has changed, I will let you know.

I love beta-ing romances, especially ones more aimed at mature audiences. I'm not sure what else to put here as its hard sometimes to know your own strengths.

I have to be able to get into a storyline otherwise I have a hard time reading it - to beta it or otherwise. Fighting scenes are also a bit of a difficult point for me, especially as I have trouble writing them out.

I'd prefer stories in the categories I'm familiar with. Currently my best categories would be in Gears of War, Mass Effect and Dragon Age. It doesn't mean I am limited to only those categories, just ask me if there is something you would like me to beta and I'll see what I can do.

At this point, there aren't really any types of stories I would be against reading. That might change as things go along, but for now I'm open to just about anything.
