Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I will look over anything within my preferences. I usually catch spelling errors and some grammatical/construction errors. I might also suggest slight changes in words that might make the sentence stronger. I am generally honest and won't change much unless I feel that it isn't working. I don't like sex scenes, so don't send me any. Sexual innuendo is fine. Keep it clean, pleaase. I usually don't like redundacy, so I will tell you when this occurs and suggest changes. |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I am an English major, so grammar, spelling, sentence construction is my thing. It is something I love doing. I also understand the need for dialects, so I don't mind that. I also am nearly fluent in German, so if you have a phrase you want translated, just ask. Online translators are HORRIBLE, by the way. |

My weakness is probably in the area of commas. My English professors will attest to that fact. Mostly, I do not put commas where they are needed. I will usually catch my mistakes after the second time around. |
