Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader I've been involved with fandom for years, and have written several stories. I also participate by reading a lot of them, and would love to beta read. Right now, I'm working on a college degree in English. | My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths I can work with spelling, grammar, characterizations for the fandoms I actively participate in, and Americanizing wording. | My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses I don't work with original characters. If I can't get the voices, then I can't help with the character. | Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others I would prefer to read gen, pre-series in some fandoms, and h/c. | Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for I will if I need to, but I don't usually prefer slash. I won't do OFC, long lost sisters (or cousins, or that "friend" the character lost contact with), or het. |
