Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader I've never been a beta before, but since I love fanfics and am a bit of a spelling freak I've decided to try it.. I've written 3 fanfics (albeit ages and ages ago), but I'd like to think my writing has improved a lot since then and I would be able to offer some good advice and ideas if they are needed. I've written loads of stories, poems, and songs for my band, and although I haven't written a lot of fanfics I've read a hell of a lot of them! :) | My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths My spelling is really good, I can spot a spelling mistake a mile off!

I can also speak a bit of French, Spanish and German, and so whilst I might not be able to help in completely translating your fic if you are writing in English as a second language, I could probably help in helping you to get the best possible English out of it. | My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses I have a bit of an obsession with commas and sometimes add them in where they are really not needed, and so I have to go back and take them all out again.. | Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others I don't have a preference at all really, but the fics I love most are ron/hermione, harry/ginny, lily/snape, and teddy/victoire in the harry potter fandom, as well as fics with Dustfinger in in the Inkheart series, and Edward/Bella fics in the Twilight series. That's not to say I'll turn my nose up at anything else :) | Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for I'll only beta fics where I actually know the original canon story, because how can I help improve something if I don't know what's going on? |
