I have a keen eye for grammar. I make suggestions for how work can be easier for a reader and I ask permission before I change anything.

I have done well in my English classes and my most recent A was in Honors English in college. I am well versed in the differences between their and there or other such words. I am able to keep characters in character because I am usually able to identify with characters from movies or television shows I have seen.

I cannot betaread myself because my writing ego is terrible. Unfortunately, I am better at giving constructive criticism to other people's work than I am to myself. I am better at writing original characters than writing about well-known characters.

I love reading prequel stories, but as long as the story is on a movie/television show/musical I love, I would not mind betareading it.

I will not betaread slash or any hint of slash, and I will not read stories that do not contain characters from the specific category. I also will refuse to read strange pairings like Joe/Mia from Princess Diaries or from any category. I am a little bit on edge about crossovers, but will consider.
