Jumps! Oh, why hello there, stranger...come in, come in! I just love company...how do you do on this wonderful day? Here, sit down and help yourself to some of these lemon pastry cookies that I just baked, hot from the oven. And let me pour you some tea as well. You must be so tired from traveling...how kind of you to come on this drafty day!
Well, now that we are both comfortable, I suppose I should tell you a little about myself, eh?
Pen Name: Gwendolyn92
About The Name: Gwendolyn is the origin of my real name, Wendy. And 92 presents 1992, which is the year I was born.
Age: 17 years old.
Location: United States
Preferred FanFic: My all-time favorite fanfiction to read is Harry Potter. I enjoy reading other types, but Harry Potter is the one I enjoy reading and writing the most.
Characters: I love Sirius, Harry Potter and Hermione. Ron is okay but can be kind of annoying at times. Bellatrix is a GREAT bad guy and so is Rita Skeeter and Dolores Umbridge, though Voldemort is just plain scary. Lucius Malfoy is a great bad guy too, especially in the movies. I also love Lupin, the Weasleys, Hagrid, and Professor McG. Ginny, Fred & George, Oliver, and Luna are all amazingly cool. Wormtail sucks.
Pairings: I prefer really odd couples. I like Dobby/Winky, Harry/Luna, Draco/Ginny, Hermione/Ron, Voldemort/Bellatrix, Lupin/Tonks, James/Lily, Sirius/Lily, Narcissa/Severus, Severus/Lily. I don't like Harry/Hermione, Hermione/Draco, Harry/Ginny (yeah I know I'm weird). Just not into those cliches.
My Writing: Currently I only write HP fanfic that usually includes comedy, romance, angst, and friendship. I also write non-fanfiction, which includes regular stories, poetry, and plays/dialogues. You can check me out at fictionpress.com as well. :-D I am currently addicted with writing For What's Worse, my first and current FanFic.
Along-Side Writing: Besides writing, I love to play sports, read, create computer graphics/work with HTML, hang out with friends, listen to music, play the piano, watch/critic/mimick scenes from movies.
As a Beta Reader: I only accept reviews from those who are serious about getting criticism of all sorts. Even though I say I love HP, I am willing to read all fanfiction; however, I don't accept requests from storywriters whose fanfiction clearly needs improvement, ex: obviously bad spelling (It wuz a cold day), chatspeak, etc.
I love getting comments and reviews on my writing, and any receieved will be extremely appreciated! I, myself, review all kinds of work, so don't hesitate to ask if you need someone's opinion. =)

WARNING: My chapters are usually pretty short; just because one of my fanfics have a lot of chapters doesn't mean it's very long. I prefer short chapters to long ones...makes things more interesting and mysterious. ;) |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
Spelling and grammar mistakes are my pet peeve, so that is what I am best at catching. When it comes to the authors' styles, I am much more lenient because I believe all writers have a different style and way of writing. I am also good at characterization/character development. |

It is a bit harder for me to criticize development of stories, partly because that is also a hard area for me to focus on in my own writing. |

I accept all, but only from those who are serious about their writing and the work they ask me to read and review. However, I will only read English work. I like Harry potter stuff best. :) |
