Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I've been writing my own stories on here for some months nows only after reading stories and deciding to give it a go myself, constantly evaluating my own grammar, punctuation and general proses of sentences. So as a beta-reader, I often assist to make or change either minor or major suggestions in spelling, grammar, punctuation as well as the odd variation of sentences that could pehaps benefit and make sense in another form of sentence to fit the story. |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
My strengths can include use of dialogue as I've become quite experienced within the whole concept. I'm also able to manage slightly minor sex scenes when it comes to situations like kissing, hand holding or the general being able to fondle the other character. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
I'm afraid my talents is weakened to the strong sex scenes as I'm not quite familiar with writing detailed sex scenes though I am learning as I write my own stories plus it helps to read others strong sex scenes in which case I hold those stories in my mind as references when I try my hand at my own. |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I'd prefer to beta One Tree Hill Stories relating to Nathan/Haley, Lucas/Peyton, Lucas/Brooke or any other character within the show. I'd also prefer to beta any character from Gossip Girl, Saved by the bell, Home and Away or Sweet Valley High |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
I'd prefer not to betaread stories relating to Nathan/Brooke from One Tree Hill unless there is a reason specifying why. |
