Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
Hiyas, I'm Kai, and... Um.. I'm an author?
If I'm your beta, I'll read whatever you send me, including 'adult scenes', and make corrections as I see them, if I see them. Corrections meaning adding commas and fixing spelling, and I'll give you suggestions on how to make it better.
I don't really have any expectations for 'anyone who wishes to acquire my services', accept the little part in the 'Not My Cup of Tea' section. |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
My strengths include: Character personalities, fluff, spelling, and correct grammar. I realize that I'm still learning, and that I'll make mistakes from time to time, but I try /really/ hard not to. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
My weaknesses are: keeping things in order, possible movements, and over-the-topness. To explain the second one, it's like, keeping in mind not all characters can jump /that far/ or run /that fast/. I accidentily tend to godmode my characters and the ones I use. ^^; |
Preferred: types of entries I prefer over others
I prefer books, definately. I've read A LOT of books, Maximum Ride and Twilight being my favorites. (Warriors is in second place). I read manga, too, but I haven't read as many. I'll read Manga/Anime stories if I've seen/read what show/book it came from. |
Would Rather Not: types of entries I do not want to beta for
Stories I couldn't read would be the ones I don't know the real story to. PM me to see if I've read the book/manga//seen the movie//seen the anime/Tv show. I don't do normal comic book stories or Video games. (Exception: Pokemon) |
