Hagrid raises Harry @ Hogwarts until he is 7. Harry wanders into the Forest on day his 7th bday and is kidnapped by the Ministry. But when Harry is 11 he attends Hogwarts, despite Fudge's protests and complaints. But is he really Harry? He has changed.
