This is an affectionate pastiche of our favorite detective, owing as much to David Suchet's masterful interpretation as to Agatha Christie's books. The story is unfinished; I am posting it to see if anyone thinks it worth completing. / I have completed the story and posted it as "The Adventure of the Surprising Ending."

Miss Lemon knew she was an eminently sensible woman - so how could she possibly have fallen for someone like Captain Hastings?

Poirot and Hastings are invited away to stay with an old friend of Captain Hastings at his chalet. However, their holiday is rudely interrupted when a murder takes place.
